Bee Honey Helps Insomnia

Insomnia is probably our most common sleep disorder, it has been said that it affects about 20 per cent of the world's
population. Some typical symptoms are:

Problems trying to fall asleep.
Problems staying asleep (so that you to wake up lots of  times during the night).
Waking up too early in the morning.

Daytime symptoms can consist of sleepiness, anxiety, impaired concentration and becoming irritable.

If you find that some of these symptoms are affecting you:

Try a Relaxing Honey Bath

Mix 2 ounces of bee honey in a glass with 5 drops of lavender oil. You may find the honey can be a bit thick, if this is the case, heat it up a bit by placing the glass in some warm water. Then add 1 or 2 tablespoons of the honey-lavender mix into your bathwater to help you relax and hopefully help you get a better nights sleep.
