However, maybe a lot has to do with how we live or our daily habits. Stress
contributes a lot to sleep loss as well. If you have nothing else to blame for
not resting well, you can always blame stress. Whether it's stress related to
work or stress related to parenting; just take your pick.
If you really want to truly know the best way to get off to sleep and then wake up fully
rested each morning, then I suggest you cut back on your intake of caffeine.
